Swish is the most popular mobile payment service in Sweden. What started as a collaboration between the six largest banks in the country, grew into a service used by 8.5 million Swedes and over 300.000 connected companies.
BRIEF
Make payments become more than payments by designing a greeting card that users can send with their next transaction. This card will cheer up millions of Swish users during 2025.

BACKGROUND
Handling the bill after a meal or coffee can be a touchy topic in Sweden.
My experience is that some people don’t understand my intentions when I treat them, or they worry that they owe me something. But, what if we could help people accept a treat without feeling expected to give anything in return? A Swish greeting card that illustrates a certificate, the ultimate proof of achievement — for treating others.

My card is for all of you that decided to spoil someone — whether there’s always a fuss about paying the bill, or if it’s been too long since you treated them.
